Happy Hounds Pet Supply Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: USPS, FedEx, UPS. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: USPS Express Shipping. Delivery in 1 business day from the time of shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2pm will ship on the next business day and arrive the following business day.
  • In-Store Pickup: You can pick up your order at our store during our business hours.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: :
    • Calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.
  • Expedited Shipping: 
    • Calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.
  • In-Store Pickup: Free.

3. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within the same business day of being placed. Orders placed after 2pm or on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Standard Shipping:  3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1 business day for USPS Express Shipping

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the contiguous United States.
  • We do not ship frozen items or Nature's Logic Distinction Dog Food

6. In-Store Pickup

  • When placing your order, select "In-Store Pickup" as your shipping method.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID for verification.
  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days of receiving the ready-for-pickup notification unless otherwise arranged via telephone or email. You may reach us at 406-420-2806 or pets@happyhoundspetsupply.com to arrange a different pick up date.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
