Hugglehounds are one of our favorite plush toys at Happy Hounds.
The unique corduroy texture and attention to detail sets these apart from other brands. Loaded with squeakers and a tough interior ripstop lining with stitched facial details are only part of it. They understand how dogs play, so they purposely designed our toys with knotted limbs – perfect for how dogs love to tug and pull, both instinctive drives. These “knotted” limbs and overall design shape make our Knotties® unique and original - yes, they understand (and LOVE!) dogs!
HuggleHounds® Knotties® are loaded with squeakers, and are all machine washable! (The Wee Chippie does not contain squeakers but has crinkle paper instead. This is also a toy for the felines and contains catnip but at Happy Hounds we find the dogs love them best.

Other manufacturers might tout tough toys, but HuggleHounds® invented the durable, double-layer Tuffut Technology® lining, identified by its firefly green color, so don’t settle for less. Innovative, exclusive lining means every Tuffut Technology® lined toy comes equipped with two hidden layers – tested to withstand 100# of tugging and pulling pressure – and the layers are laminated to one another. It is then affixed to the outside plush fabric before being sewn into the toys. This 2-layer process makes these toys so special – extra protection from aggressive chewers!
